What Fortno is
Fortno is a launch layer for Fortnite emotes on Robinhood Chain. You pick an emote, give a new token a name, a ticker and a logo, and launch it. The launch creates a Pons token with its own market, open to anyone from the first second.
The emote is the reference. It isn't bought, sold, owned or tokenized. The token is new, and the market belongs to whoever trades it.
How a launch works
- Pick an emote. Browse the catalog in Explore and choose the reference.
- Name, ticker, logo. Names can be up to 32 characters; tickers 2–10 letters or numbers. Use the emote's image, a ticker monogram, or your own upload.
- Review and sign. Fortno pins the logo to IPFS and checks the launch against the chain before your wallet sees it.
- Launch. One transaction to the Pons V2 factory creates the token and its bonding curve. Your first buy, if you want one, is a normal buy from the market page.
A launch is only shown as live once the chain confirms it. The token's onchain description names the emote it references, so the link between reference and market is public and permanent, and Fortno reads its market list straight from the chain.
The market
Every Fortno market is a Pons V2 token on Robinhood Chain. It starts on its own bonding curve, priced in ETH: there's no order book and no one needs to provide liquidity, because the curve is the counterparty. Buying moves the price up; selling moves it down.
When the curve sells out (at 4.2 ETH raised), it graduates: its liquidity moves into a Uniswap V4 pool and is locked there permanently. Trading continues in that pool on Pons.

Fees
Each trade on a Fortno curve pays Pons' base fee plus a creator tax Fortno sets at launch, split onchain on every trade:
| Fee per trade (total) | 1.3% |
|---|---|
| To the creator | 1% |
| To Pons | 0.3% |
Read live from the Pons factory and fee policy onchain. The creator's share is Pons' creator cut of the 1% base fee plus a 0.3% creator tax, which together make 1%. Fortno takes no fee.
Launching also pays the Pons launch fee, and every transaction pays Robinhood Chain gas, shown in your wallet before you sign.
Creator fees
The wallet that launches a token receives its creator fees (currently 1% of every curve trade). They collect on the token's curve, move to the creator's Pons balance when swept, and are claimed from there in ETH.
Your creator page shows what's pending on your curves and what's claimable, both read live from chain, and lets you move and claim them.
Where numbers come from
- Prices, market caps, curve progress, fees: read directly from the Pons contracts on Robinhood Chain.
- Charts, 24h volume and trade history: built from each curve's onchain buy and sell events, drawn with TradingView Lightweight Charts. New markets show empty charts until their first trade.
- ETH/USD: Coinbase's public spot price, with CoinGecko as a fallback.
- Emote catalog: Fortnite-API, a community API that mirrors the in-game cosmetics catalog. It isn't an Epic Games service.
Where data doesn't exist yet, Fortno shows an empty state. Nothing is simulated or filled in.
Wallets & transactions
Fortno is non-custodial. It never sees your keys or holds your funds. Connect MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or any browser wallet that supports Robinhood Chain; Fortno will ask your wallet to switch networks if needed.
Every transaction goes through the same steps:
- Preparing: the transaction is checked against the chain. If it would fail, it never reaches your wallet.
- Awaiting signature: you review and approve it in your wallet.
- Submitting: it's sent to Robinhood Chain.
- Confirming: Fortno waits for the receipt.
- Confirmed, or Failed with the reason (rejected, insufficient balance, price moved, network error).
Selling needs two transactions the first time: a token approval for the curve, then the sell.
Emote references
Fortno uses Fortnite emotes as references for community-created markets. Fortno is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and its emotes, names and imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Epic Games, Inc.
- Emotes are not tokenized. No emote is bought, sold or owned through Fortno.
- A token launched on Fortno does not represent ownership of, a license to, royalties from, or any other rights in an emote or any Epic Games content.
- Emote images on Fortno are the original catalog artwork, shown as references. A token can use its emote's image as its logo; that doesn't make the token official or give it any rights to the emote.
Risks
- Tokens launched on Fortno are highly speculative. Prices can fall to zero, fast.
- Anyone can launch a market. A market referencing an emote says nothing about its quality, its creator or its future.
- Onchain transactions are final. Check what you sign.
- Fortno relies on Robinhood Chain, the Pons contracts, Uniswap and third-party data providers, any of which can fail or change.
- Nothing on Fortno is investment advice.
Terms of use
Fortno is software that helps you create and trade tokens on Robinhood Chain using your own wallet. You are responsible for what you launch and trade, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Don't launch markets that impersonate people or brands, infringe others' rights, or mislead traders. Fortno may hide any market from its interface.
